Colleen McDade is the Broker and CEO for Investment Safe PM who facilitates transactions, provides industry expertise and advice through consulting, and helps properties cash flow as effectively as possible in a city that is difficult to break into with investment property. Colleen has been in the San Diego County real estate industry for over 30 years. She ran many successful property management companies before founding her own in 2017. Colleen puts clients first while keeping tenants in mind to make profitable and informed decisions about your rental that protect your asset, provide long lasting residencies and maximize your profit with little turnover. When she’s not helping you increase your rental income return, she enjoys spending time with her family, connecting with the community, and unplugging with her horses.

Don Eccker is the chief financial officer for Investment Safe PM who keeps tabs on financials for our company, manages financial documentation for your rentals, and facilitates processing tax documents necessary when accounting for your rental income. He is a licensed realtor and co-founder of Investment Safe PM formerly SDRentPros McDade Realty group. He is a native San Diegan who brought his real estate and financial know how to our company in 2017. When he is not keeping a close eye on the books, he enjoys volunteering in the community, riding his Harley Davidson, and spending time with his family.

Madison Staufenbeil is the Operations Manager for Investment Safe PM who manages the ins and outs of managing your properties including managing our team, maintenance, leasing, escalated tenant matters. She is a great contact for all of our clients. Madison firmly believes our role is to build strong relationships with our tenants and clients alike because happy tenants lead to happy and profitable property owners. She has been with our company for 5 years and worked her way up from a virtual assistant to the position she is in now. Although she is a native San Diegan, she holds a BA in Communication with an emphasis on Organizational Communication from California State University Channel Islands. When Madison is not hard at work for our clients she enjoys spending time outdoors, yoga, and spending time with her cat.

Jinkee Japson's unwavering dedication and passion for aiding customers drive her to excel. With a solid background as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Team Leader, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Guided by the motto, "Our primary objective is simple - to assist others, always," Jinkee prioritizes exceptional support and fosters a collaborative team environment. Her meticulous organization, multitasking proficiency, and compassionate nature make her an invaluable asset to any organization seeking a skilled and dedicated Administrative Assistant.

Simon Salcedo is a seasoned Administrative Assistant with extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. He brings a dynamic skill set to Investment Safe PM, where he plays a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer service and adeptly handling incoming phone calls. With a firm belief in the importance of tenant satisfaction, Simon is committed to ensuring the success of property owners by delivering exceptional service and support. Outside of work, Simon finds joy in spending quality time with his family and staying abreast of current events through online news platforms. Whether engaging in family activities or staying informed about the world, Simon approaches life with enthusiasm and a thirst for knowledge.
